TAPPING INTO YOUR LATENT ANSWERS
FRUSTRATION WITH LIVING THE SAME EXPERIENCES OVER & OVER
Do you find yourself saying:
"I don't know why I can't..."
Believe it or not, our early childhood experiences provide the data and code, so to speak, that constitute our unconscious mental frameworks. We inevitabley continue to act out these frameworks (or stacks, in keeping with the engineering metaphor) until we are able to build new code by bringing the unconscious into the conscious for healing and reprogramming once and for all.
Often, we try to make superficial changes and fail. We blame ourselves when really it is our unconscious programming at fault. We don't go deep enough. We make short-lived, bandaid repairs instead of rebuilding from the bottom up.
Typically, it's not until we're suffering so horribly that we are finally ready to take the deep dive. We become willing to think about the way we think. This is the best mode for us to be in to make profound and lasting changes.
Still, it will be demanding and scary at times (albeit very very very worth it). Having a compassionate and knowledgable professional on hand can make all the difference in whether you stay on track and build the program that you actually want to be running in your life.
