What to expect on the healing path

5. Feeling peace about the past, finding its value in who you are becoming today and looking forward to a desirable future.
6. Mastering personal boundaries. Setting limits where needed. Supporting yourself emotionally. You will still make mistakes and go back to old ways but overall you are nonetheless progressing.
