$450 - New Patient Intake and Evaluation $200 - Established Patient Follow Up FSA and HSA cards accepted. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a good faith estimate for a year of medication management is $2,650 assuming one intake and consecutive monthly visits. Insurances Accepted: Aetna United Deductibles and co-pays may apply depending on your plan. For Out-of-Network Benefits, check your coverage here. ADHD-Friendly Concierge Plans are also available for care that best adapts to your needs.
