What Patients Are Saying:

"I've been with Liz for almost four years now and I don't know how to express how grateful I have been to find a practitioner with her warmth, patience and breadth of knowledge. Liz is my secret weapon to staying sane and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an engaged, vibrant and savvy therapist."

"Liz provides very compassionate and personalized care. She is skilled at creating a safe space where I feel supported and can be vulnerable (even over video call!). I am very grateful to have had her as a resource over the past few years."

"She understands me and asks the right questions. Our sessions have helped me learn from my past and make healthy decisions for my future."

"Liz is empathetic and flexible."

"She is down-to-Earth and genuinely kind, and doesn't make me feel annoying if I have a question like others providers might."

"Always responsive. Understanding, and to the point."

"I feel listened to and she’s always fast to respond. It feels like she’s working with me. In previous healthcare situations I have felt like I needed to over explain myself. Liz immediately met my needs and explained the process and everything to me. She’s very trustworthy."

"Liz is a straightforward non-judgmental committed listener who uses an individual approach towards each person and each situation they are dealing with in their lives. She is approachable and available, which gives clients a sense of security, trust, and the ability to be vulnerable."
